Unleashed Brands Integrates Paycor with Wisetail

Training thousands of employees across a nationwide franchise network is no easy feat. For Unleashed Brands, the parent company of Snapology and five other youth enrichment brands including Urban Air and The Little Gym, managing learning access for new hires required a better way to connect their HR platform with their Learning Management System (LMS). With more than 2,600 employees and 400 locations, manually transferring employee data to the training platform slowed progress and increased risk.

TAP Innovations fixed that by creating an automated solution that extracts employee data from Paycor, formats it for Wisetail, and delivers it to the correct location without manual effort.
