TAP Innovations, LLC is committed to making its website and the FlowIQ platform usable by the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering and design discipline, not a one-time project.

12.1 Our Commitment

We work to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) effective communication principles, and applicable Section 508 standards for public-facing experiences.

12.2 Design and Engineering Practices

  • Accessibility considerations are part of design reviews for new features.
  • Color contrast, focus order, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility are reviewed during development.
  • Components are tested with common assistive technologies on supported browsers.
  • Automated accessibility tests run as part of our continuous integration pipeline.
  • Manual testing and targeted reviews accompany significant releases.

12.3 Known Limitations

Some legacy content, embedded third-party content, beta features, and complex interactive components may not yet meet our accessibility targets. Where we know of gaps, we are working to address them and welcome feedback to help prioritize improvements.

12.4 Documentation and Training

IOur public documentation and customer training materials follow accessible authoring practices,
including descriptive link text, semantic structure, and accessible images where supported.
Captioning and transcripts for recorded materials are provided where reasonably possible.

12.5 Known Limitations

Some legacy content, embedded third-party content, beta features, and complex interactive
components may not yet meet our accessibility targets. Where we know of gaps, we are working
to address them and welcome feedback to help prioritize improvements.

12.6 Customer Responsibilities

Customers should consider accessibility when configuring the Services, choosing color themes,
uploading content, and integrating with third-party tools, so that the experience presented to
their users meets the standards required by their organization and applicable law.
