The TAP Innovations booth at isolved Connect 2026 had one job this year: start conversations. It worked.

From the moment the floor opened in Las Vegas, the team was deep in conversation with partners and attendees about the thing that quietly runs too many mid-market companies. The MESS (Manual Efforts and SpreadSheets). Disconnected systems. Data that will not move on its own.

Clearing that MESS is the whole reason TAP exists. Software Integrations, Document Migrations, and Analytics. Connect is where those conversations happen face to face.

Year Two at isolved Connect

Year two changed the energy. Last year TAP arrived as a new face on the floor. This time people already recognized the orange MESS stickers and came looking for the extra-comfy TAP shirts. Being back for a second year as an isolved Platinum Partner and exhibitor turned a lot of first introductions from 2025 into real follow-ups.

Matthew Vandersmitte, Marketing Operations Lead, and Michelle Ruland, Senior Solutions Consultant, led the booth this year. Between conversations they worked the sessions, tracking where AI, customer retention, and HCM are heading in 2026 so TAP can keep building a step ahead. One of the highlights for Michelle was reconnecting with Lori Winters, CEO of Thread HCM, picking up a conversation that first started at the HoneyBadgers Presidents Club and turning a familiar face into stronger partnership momentum.

After Hours at Ole Red

After hours, the team kept it going at the Honky Tonk Partner Social at Ole Red, where live music and good company turned quick booth chats into the kind of relationships that outlast the event.

 

“Year two is where it gets good. People know who we are now, the partnerships are real, and just about every conversation this week turned into a reason to keep going,” said John Ragsdale, Founder and CEO of TAP Innovations.
