OneTapConnect needed a more scalable, sustainable solution to their current WordPress portal. In phase one of the project, TAP Innovations will lay the foundation for streamlining business processes to improve application functionality and end-user experience. Areas of focus include increased security and ease of payment processing, streamlining client onboarding, and upgrading the OTC app. Improvements will also include custom options for select clients and ensure that all upgrades are optimized for growth.

OneTapConnect, a partner-turned-client, initially engaged a competitor for application optimization, but disappointing results with their original partner led them to TAP Innovations for help growing their platform.
