When managing thousands of employees across hundreds of locations, keeping training systems aligned with HR records is no small task. Unleashed Brands, the parent company of The Little Gym and five other youth enrichment brands including Urban Air and Snapology, needed a seamless way to sync data between their HR platform, Paycor, and their Learning Management System, Wisetail. With 2,600 employees and 400 sites, manual uploads simply could not keep up with growth.
