Unleashed Brands Integrates ATS with Paycor
Solution Description:
With more than 400 locations and 2,600 employees, Unleashed Brands, the parent company of Urban Air and five other youth enrichment brands including The Little Gym and Snapology, needed a smarter way to connect their Applicant Tracking System with their HR platform, Paycor. Their challenge was unique because one hiring system had to support hundreds of Paycor client IDs across different franchise brands.
TAP Innovations built a customized webhook based integration that activates as soon as a candidate is marked “Hired” in the applicant tracking system. That data is automatically mapped to the correct Paycor client ID and sent through the new hire interface to ensure accuracy and scalability.
