Great Oaks Foundation Integrates Greenhouse with Paycor
Solution Description:
Managing new hire data had become more about paperwork than building a team.
Great Oaks Foundation, an Ohio-based nonprofit supporting education across seven Midwest locations, was growing fast, but their systems were not connected.
Greenhouse and Paycor did not share data, forcing manual re-entry of employee records and slowing onboarding while increasing the risk of errors.
TAP Innovations solved this by automating the data flow between Greenhouse and Paycor, eliminating duplicate entry and streamlining onboarding from day one.
“TAP gave us a smart and reliable solution that saved our team time and improved accuracy from day one.”

- Delays in setting up new staff in payroll and HR systems
- Risk of onboarding errors due to disjointed data handling
