Their existing process required staff to move claim data between multiple platforms like Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMRs), Practice Management Systems, and Insurance portals.

Insurance claim processing involved repetitive tasks that slowed operations, caused delays in patient billing, and left room for human error. Like many businesses in healthcare, VisionWeb needed a way to scale faster, reduce workload, and improve accuracy.
