Ursus Integrates JobDiva with Paycor
Solution Description:

Before working with TAP Innovations, their recruiting platform JobDiva was not connected to Paycor, their HR platform. This meant every new hire had to be manually entered, increasing the risk of duplicate records, missed deadlines, and onboarding delays. It was a bottleneck for a company built on agility.
TAP Innovations fixed that. We built an automated connection that checks JobDiva every 10 minutes for new candidates flagged for onboarding and pushes them into Paycor using the New Hire API. Our solution includes a built-in safeguard against duplicate records to keep their data clean and their process efficient.
