Solution Description:
Operating across 9 regions with 146 employees, DJ's Landscape Management needed a way to connect their employee demographic data between their Human Resources platform, Paycor, and their operational system, AspireCare. Relying on manual exports and inconsistent syncing created a bottleneck and left the team with extra work and too many chances for errors.
TAP Innovations fixed that. We built a smart, automated connection that grabs employee info from Paycor and feeds it directly into AspireCare. With Python, SQL Server, Azure Functions, and our robotic process automation toolkit, we eliminated double entry and brought data accuracy to a new level.
