Headquartered in Kentucky, One Holland Corp is a franchisee of 45 restaurants including Dunkin. Managing company growth, employee documents, and manager reports needs improvement to better support business operations. Challenge:
Transitioning to Paycor HR platform would be faster and more streamlined if One Holland could automatically transfer employee documents between HR systems. In addition, connecting core business restaurant franchise systems Crunchtime, Aloha POS, and Slice would improve overtime calculation and overall human resources processes. With 45 managers sending weekly reports to the corporate office, the time consuming and inefficient process to glean critical information from these weekly reports is unmanageable for One Holland.

TAP Innovations launched a multi-phase integration plan for One Holland including historical documents transfer, system integration, and custom application development
- Utilize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process to transfer 37,000 electronic documents from Paylocity into Paycor
- Integrate data from 3 system templates (Crunchtime, Aloha, and Slice) into 1 payroll file
- Automatically calculate overtime (OT) on a pay week period
- Conduct mappings to department and other required fields to Paycor
- Develop a custom application web portal with user management, role-based permissions, automated password resets, profiles, and multi-factor authentication
- Define datasets for restaurant managers to capture business operations metrics for centralized analysis by corporate
- Create custom report functionality with net sales, discounts, labor, staffing levels, shift data, and food inventory information
- Prepare and export company reports within the custom application
- Scale custom application for future phases, additional locations, and company growth
- Provide ongoing customer and technical service
