Managing employee data in Wisetail and Paycor required manual efforts to replicate changes in both data environments. TAP Innovations solved their big system connectivity gap quickly and affordably with enterprise integration and centralized global access to employee data! Changes are made quickly with automated processes. Using Perform APIs/Employee Current, TAP logs into the client's Paycor environment and then designs a custom report for each client, defines the fields for integration, saves the report and shares the report with the API key. Then, TAP extracts the report fields in CSV format with the key (~15-20 fields). This can be performed at any frequency; every hour or once per day, etc. This data is then transformed using custom rules. Sometimes Error/Exception files are regularly emailed directly to client staff. The 'good' file is sent to Wisetail via SFTP. Wisetail only has a production environment with no dev or test. Then, their system gets the file and imports it into the Wisetail system for that client. TAP provides the full file, and they replace the full file. Records that are missing are disabled by Wisetail. It works seamlessly for Paycor customers looking to integrate Wisetail with their Paycor platform!
