Quality Long Term Care provides home care services to residents in cities and neighborhoods throughout Louisiana. Employees submit their time and hours worked into the Louisiana Services Reporting System (LaSRS), which is then needed to process payroll through their Viventium HR software. Retrieving employee time and hours reporting from LaSRS is manual and time-consuming, and lacks the automation capabilities for more efficient payroll processes. Challenge:
Quality Long Term Care implemented Viventium HR software for payroll processing needs. Employee time data from LaSRS, including each employee’s clock-in and clock-out times, require multiple steps to retrieve and format correctly. To transfer payroll data timely and accurately from LaSRS to Viventium, integration, automation and data formatting was required to eliminate the need for manual efforts and spreadsheets in their payroll processes.
