Transitioning to Paycor HR platform would be faster and more streamlined if One Holland could automatically transfer employee documents between HR systems. In addition, connecting core business restaurant franchise systems Crunchtime, Aloha POS, and Slice would improve overtime calculation and overall human resources processes. With 45 managers sending weekly reports to the corporate office, the time consuming and inefficient process to glean critical information from these weekly reports is unmanageable for One Holland.
