Solution Description:
Neighborhood Legal Services Association (NLSA), a nonprofit, public interest law firm, provides civil legal assistance to vulnerable and low-income residents of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler & Lawrence Counties in Western Pennsylvania. Employees submit their time worked into LegalServer, which must then transfer into the Paycor Perform/Payroll HR platform for payroll processing. Challenge:
Paycor Perform/Payroll HR software required NLSA to customize data fields to correctly map LegalServer employee time data. NLSA had to extract from LegalServer case management software the total hours worked by each employee and manually format the information to load into the Paycor system correctly. To complete this task quickly and accurately, NLSA turned to TAP Innovations to automate, integrate and customize the data as required, eliminating the need for manual efforts and spreadsheets in the payroll process.
