Solution
So, for Honeygrow TAP implemented a Bi-Directional/360 integration solution to streamline operations for all 30+ locations! These types of implementations for restaurant/retail groups and franchises improve implementation and system usability for Point of Sale (POS) Systems and HR software. Here are the two solutions we implemented: 1) Employee demographic integration:
- TAP extracts Employee regularly from the HCM system
- Analyzes/Transforms the data as needed
- Formats the data in a way the POS system can accept
- Updates the system(s) in a timely manner. 2) Time and Tip data from POS into HR software: TAP pulls time and tip data from the POS, transforms it according to key business rules for overtime, job costing, job codes, etc., formats the data appropriately for the HR software, and then imports it to the HR/Payroll software.
