With over 1,300 employees and nearly 340 locations across 21 states, Donatos Pizzeria is famous for its edge-to-edge toppings and signature quality. Yet behind the ovens, the leadership team lacked a clear, consistent way to access and analyze staffing data across the company.
Manually pulling reports from Paycor to track associate headcount and store performance was time-consuming and error-prone. Donatos needed visibility into how each store stacked up against staffing goals and how to adjust those goals over time.
TAP Innovations fixed that. We built a custom report integration that automatically pulls and transforms Paycor data, sending Donatos a weekly report that highlights real performance insights by store, title, and district.
