Managing time off across 1,139 employees in more than 130 regions is no small feat. Carriage, a leading provider of funeral and cemetery services operating in 28 states, needed a better way to manage Paid Time Off (PTO) policies within their Human Resources platform. Their previous method of updating accrual policies manually created inconsistencies, delayed payroll accuracy, and demanded significant administrative hours every pay cycle.
TAP Innovations fixed that. We built a custom PTO-calculation integration within Paycor that tracks employee milestones and automatically applies policy changes based on tenure.
