Challenge:
Alternative Home Care Specialists launched Viventium HR software which requires field customization to properly map LaSRS employee clock in and out data. Each employee’s total worked hours data from LaSRS needs to be pulled daily and current processes are manual with multiple steps to retrieve and format correctly. To transfer payroll data timely and accurately from LaSRS to Viventium Time Clock templates, integration, automation and customization was required to eliminate the need for manual efforts and spreadsheets in their payroll processes.
