HR System Integration with Louisiana Service Reporting System (LaSRS)

STARC uses LaSRS for employee time punches and recordkeeping. Transferring this information to Paycor is required for payroll readiness and processing. To transfer payroll data timely and accurately from LaSRS to Paycor, integration, automation and data deduplication was required to eliminate the need for manual efforts and spreadsheets. Current data formatting limitations include: • Employee ID field inconsistencies • Manual mapping employee IDs to Paycor worker codes • Growing list of processing errors • Duplicate records and time punches STARC chose TAP Innovations to develop a custom environment and integration solution with affordable and easy to implement solutions to automate data transfer requirements.
