TAP Innovations launched a multi-phase integration plan for One Holland including historical documents transfer, POS to HR system integration, and custom application development. Here's what we implemented: * Utilized RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process to transfer 37,000 electronic documents from their legacy HCM system to their new one * Integrated data from 3 POS system templates (Crunchtime, Aloha, and Slice) into 1 payroll file * Automatically calculated overtime (OT) on a pay week period * Conducted mappings to department and other required fields to the new HCM system * Developed a custom web application with user management, role-based permissions, automated password resets, profiles, and multi-factor authentication to capture inventory data * Defined datasets for restaurant managers to capture business operations metrics for centralized analysis by corporate * Created custom PowerBI report functionality with net sales, discounts, labor, staffing levels, shift data, and food inventory information * Prepared and exported company reports within the custom application * Scaled custom application for future phases, additional locations, and company growth * Provided ongoing customer and technical service
