Challenge:
Generating consolidated reports post-payroll is a manual and time-consuming process for MGA. An enterprise view of employee information and earning scores segmented across locations is a critical workflow, and extracting this data from Paycor lacks process automation. Currently, MGA manages 30 reports generated from each business entity and pay period, and the process to consolidate payroll reports is not sustainable without integration and automation tools. Implementing a solution that is scalable to onboard new entity locations quickly and affordably will improve business efficiencies.
