HR System Integration with Learning Management System (LMS) Phase 1

Employee punch, demographic and other time data across multiple eatery locations is managed in Toast, a restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system. While Toast and their human resources management system, Paycor, bring significant efficiencies to Honeygrow restaurant operations, manual processes required multiple data entry points for new hire records and employment status changes. * Toast POS and Paycor data fields were not aligned to convert timesheet data into proper format * Manual employment status change entry between business systems * Frequent record processing errors and duplicated work * Lack of process automation and system integration to manage employee records and timesheets
