DALLAS, TX – February 27, 2023. TAP Innovations premier integration technology ensures customers can connect the systems and data they already use with Proliant’s payroll and human resources (HR) software solution. Integration solutions will improve the process of transferring documents for Proliant customers, including historical employee profiles, data, payroll forms, and other pertinent employee information from a legacy HR system into Proliant payroll and HR software.

This partnership was established to eliminate manual efforts associated with connecting systems and data. Partnering with TAP Innovations helps Proliant customers connect two or more systems by expanding offerings with custom integrations to the systems that are not already in the Proliant marketplace. Types of systems include customer relationship management (CRM), point of sale (POS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS), and more. TAP Innovations uses robotic process automation (RPA) and other data transformation digital tools to extract historical documents from multiple systems to be stored within the Proliant solution.

This is a huge win for new Proliant clients who need I9s, pay stubs, and more, extracted from their legacy systems. Delegating this task to TAP Innovations allows new clients to focus on implementing Proliant instead of losing time moving documents.

This is a full-time, salaried position with health and retirement benefits. As this is not a remote position, to maximize collaboration with TAP’s division and department heads, qualified candidates must be available to work out of our corporate office in Irving, TX. Additionally, this position has growth opportunities to move into a Director or VP role as they grow and mature the Development Team.

  • Build and integrate various information applications and systems to meet client and prospect needs.
  • Assess the system architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Design, modify, test, and implement the technical architecture.
  • Test and integrate program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organization.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and regularly works with other TAP Senior Leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be assigned.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Determine required skill sets and grow the development team.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to development team members.
  • Some hands-on development.
  • Ability to lead and manage offshore development teams and vendors.
  • Continual research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
  • Inform various stakeholders about issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Assess and report to leadership the business impact various technical choices may have.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
  • Exceptionally skilled in Microsoft Stack (Azure, SQL, .NET, C#, SSIS, ADF, Power BI) and Application Development.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages.
  • Strong experience with database design and data modelling.
  • Exposure to RDBMS & NoSQL.
  • Exposure to mobile development technologies such as iOS, Android, Xamarin and Flutter.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
  • Exposure to Open Stack development (MEAN/MERN, Java Microservices).
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work at a swift pace.
  • Regularly communicate and present relevant information to company senior management.

My morning motivation usually begins with some sort of fitness routine. I was thrilled to see a new fitness location open up near my home in Keller and even more excited to learn how Eat The Frog Fitness would help me achieve my personal fitness goals. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was a different type of facility. Technology is incorporated from the get-go, and I was hooked!

I recently sat down with Mike Lusky, who opened the Keller franchise location, along with his wife, Heidi. Our chat addressed 5 areas: work history, franchise commitment, business challenges, technology, and the future of Eat the Frog Fitness. Here are my Fast Five Takeaways on what makes this franchise unique to the fitness market and how they welcome the rapidly growing Keller #frogsquad.

1. History: Building a business centered around passion for a fun and engaging workplace culture motivates others to succeed. 

Mike Lusky has experience a mile long in operations and accounting functions across the hospitality industry.
