This process confirms systems capabilities and validates the extracted data, and then integrates the API that will automate the manual process of normalizing the data from different data sources and place it in the Salesforce load template. Prioritizing security, TAP Innovations also transferred and stored the data in a secure cloud location. The integration efforts focused on keeping data aligned between systems, eliminating the need for manual reviews and validation, and saving OnTarget significant time and costs.
