John Ragsdale, Founder and CEO of TAP Innovations has always had a knack for process improvement and automation. Building applications is second-nature, and with an engineering degree and a CIO career spanning 25+ years, John put his passion to work as he created customized solutions to make information more accessible in such a way that is also more efficient.
As John traversed the healthcare, financial, and aerospace industries, he leveraged current technology for automation and expanded product capabilities to include web and mobile rendering software languages. John and his teams found that robust and scalable solutions were valuable to other company departments who struggled with manual processes and lack collaborative data sharing.
With a base set of digital tools and solutions, custom integrations, data solutions and apps were quick, easy, and cost-effective to build. With each solution he designed he added more reusable functions, features, and modules, and in 2017 TAP Innovations was officially formed to help organizations of all sizes, across all industries, digitally transform and achieve real business success.

For 25 years, John has provided technology leadership, creating strategic plans to deliver large-scale solutions and drive efficiencies in daily workflows. His experience across industries, including healthcare and aerospace, inspired him to create TAP Innovations, enabling better data and process management for staff, customers, and partners.
John has led IT transformations for multi-site healthcare organizations such as USEye, Eye Care Services Partners, and Catalyst Health Network. At USEye, his leadership streamlined onboarding for new eyecare practices, enhancing efficiency and growth.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University and lives with his family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

For more than 20 years, Rimond has accelerated product launches, developed world-class applications and implemented technology solutions for customers across the globe. His focus on transforming IT services through innovative, strategic and large-scale affordable solutions has spanned the healthcare industry and other technology organizations including his most recent work as President, Allruva Technology Services, Inc.
Rimond co-founded TAP Innovations and brings his wide-ranging and effective leadership that includes IT enterprise architecture, data governance, data warehousing, project management, and IT service management excellence expertise.
Rimond received his bachelors degree in computer science from Mysore University in India. He is a licensed Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and a Project Program Management Professional (PMP) currently residing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Clint is a high-energy professional possessing exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. He has a demonstrated ability to quickly produce results through rapid learning, team building, and a fundamental commitment to customer service. In his career, Clint has worked in many areas of business including management, marketing, sales, accounting, operations, and budgeting. He has over 8 years of IT experience and is excited to bring his background and passion to TAP Innovations!

Steven brings over 15 years of IT experience and 5 years in strategic business consultancy, helping Fortune 200 companies achieve growth through innovative solutions. A certified cloud and network engineer, he specializes in designing IT systems that drive efficiency and ROI. With a passion for learning and adaptability, Steven excels in translating complex concepts into actionable insights that align with organizational goals.
Daniel brings a systems-level approach to engineering, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership across AI, automation, and digital platforms. As Principal AI Engineering Lead at TAP Innovations, he focuses on designing and scaling AI-first solutions that accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and unlock new capabilities for clients.
With a background spanning software architecture, API-driven systems, and large-scale B2B commerce platforms, Daniel has led initiatives across cloud infrastructure, custom application development, and intelligent automation. His work emphasizes practical AI—embedding agentic workflows, process governance, and decision intelligence directly into real-world engineering teams and products.
Daniel is known for building structure where none exists, mentoring engineers, and translating complex technical challenges into executable strategies. At TAP Innovations, he leads with clarity and intent, ensuring innovation is both forward-thinking and operationally sound.
Strategic, customer-centric, and results-driven, Cassie brings over 10 years of experience leading HCM and SaaS technology transformations that deliver measurable business value. As VP, Technology Transformations, she partners with HR and executive leaders to simplify complex ecosystems, guide vendor selection, and drive scalable, data-driven change. She is deeply experienced in HR solutioning, consulting, and enablement, designing training and advisory strategies that improve adoption and ensure technology investments translate into real-world outcomes. Known for eliminating operational and technology “messes,” Cassie translates strategy into execution, accelerating time to value, improving adoption, and enabling sustainable growth across global organizations.
Ajay Gohil is a Program Manager at TAP Innovations, bringing over 12 years of diverse experience across finance, healthcare, aviation, and insurance domains. His extensive background as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Manager has equipped him with a unique blend of analytical insight and agile leadership, enabling him to effectively manage complex, cross-functional programs that drive organizational success.
Ajay is skilled at aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that projects deliver measurable value while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle. His expertise encompasses program governance, risk management, resource coordination, and agile methodologies, allowing him to foster high-performing teams and promote continuous improvement.
Ajay holds a Master of Engineering degree from Lamar University, Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new cuisines and hiking with his family, combining his love for great food and the outdoors.
Matt brings a strategic and creative approach to marketing operations, supported by four years of experience in digital marketing, design, and campaign execution. His five years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps built a foundation of leadership and problem-solving that carries into every role. After his service, he led a boutique kickboxing studio, driving growth through client-centered programs and a strong service culture.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Professional Development from Dallas Baptist University, both completed within four years. Matt now brings that same drive and discipline to TAP Innovations, where he leads with focus and accountability.
Tayla manages the day-to-day business operations of TAP Innovations. She supports each global employee or resource through onboarding, training and other assistance as needed, in addition to executive leadership administrative support and scheduling. She keeps things moving along in the office and afar. She is always happy to help and you’ll notice her positive energy from the get-go!
Tayla received her Associates and Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Texas College.
