TAP CEO Visits Dallas – TAP’s 5-Star Customer X Program
September 2025 – TAP Innovations Founder and CEO John Ragsdale recently hit the road again! This time the trail led close to home, as Ragsdale saddled up in Dallas Fort Worth for the latest round of the 5-Star Customer X Program, a Texas-sized effort to keep TAP Innovations growing strong.
From catching up with longtime partners to grabbing lunch at a local favorite (literally), this trip was all about celebrating relationships and stories that make the TAP community special.
A Day in the Life of DFW Customer Visits
- MLR Tribal Solutions (Dallas, TX). TAP’s very first customer, dating back to 2019. John met with President and CEO Eric Hirschler to celebrate more than six years of partnership. From day one to today, MLR has been a trailblazer in claims processing for Native American Tribes and continues to grow with TAP by their side.
- Veracity Research Company (Denton, TX). John caught up with Kristi Robinson and Phillip Stockwell for a tour of VRC’s offices. With their work spanning corporate investigations nationwide, the visit was a reminder of how important efficiency and trust are in high-stakes industries.
- Building Solutions (Dallas, TX). A stop with Dennis Palmer included an office tour and some laughs along the way. Building Solutions brings serious expertise to construction and project management, but their team’s energy and openness made the visit feel like catching up with old friends.
- Local Favorite (Dallas, TX). Local Favorite is home to some of Texas’ most iconic restaurant brands, including El Fenix, Snuffer’s, and Village Burger Bar. During the DFW swing, the TAP team gathered at El Fenix for lunch, sharing enchiladas, tacos, and plenty of conversation. The meal was a highlight of the trip and a reminder that connecting with customers sometimes starts with connecting around the table.
Other Customer Visits
As part of TAP’s 5-Star experience, John dropped off swag and connected briefly with teams at Culinaire International, J-W Power, Cinergy Entertainment, DL Rogers (Sonic), and Civitas Senior Living. These quick stops were a chance to show appreciation and keep connections strong, even if just for a few minutes.
“This DFW trip was an awesome reminder of why TAP does what we do,” said Ragsdale. “From Eric at MLR to the crews at VRC and Building Solutions, these visits reflect the incredible work our customers do in their industries. TAP’s 5-Star Customer X Program is all about showing our customers appreciation, bringing value to their industry, and making a life-long impact.”
