Challenge:
Migrating information into their new HR system meant manually retrieving demographic data for new and existing employees from Ascentis to Paychex Flex. Daily tasks proved to be manual, time-consuming and completely unmanageable by Green Peak staff. Using both Ascentis and Paychex Flex for different HR functions also required that both systems continuously stay in sync. Green Peak turned to TAP Innovations to develop an API integration between the two platforms to reduce employee data complexity and manual efforts.
