With over 230 employees, they serve families through a holistic and family-centered model. But behind the scenes, their payroll process was suffering from system silos between their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and payroll software.
APT faced a familiar pain point: manual work to reconcile punch data with employee pay details. Errors crept in. Timelines slipped. Internal policies around salary adjustments became hard to enforce.
