Onboarding and Offboarding Process Improvement for 5,000 Employees

An organization currently relies on fax transmissions to manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes for 5,000 people. The IT department receives a paper fax which initiates the ticketing process to turn off/on employee access as members join and leave the organization.
